It is our pleasure to announce our call for papers for the 2nd International Conference on Applied and Creative Arts 2008, a biennial event organized by the Faculty of Applied and Creative Arts, Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), which will be held from 16th - 17th January 2008, at UNIMAS Campus, Kota Samarahan, Sarawak.
The theme of the conference is “Creative Sense”. The January 2008 conference wishes to emphasize on the exploration of creative possibilities in disseminating new knowledge to face the challenges of the future. A creative sense employed in different fields will contribute to enhancing new ways of thinking. Creativity, interpreted as the ability to produce work that is novel and relevant, will lead to new scientific findings, new movements in art, new inventions and new social programs.
